Satay Sauce Ready to Eat

  • 300 g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce manis
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 skewers, soaked 30 min in water
  • Oliehoorn Satay sauce ready-to-eat
  • Atjar
  • Fried onions
  • 1 lime, in wedges
  • Crackers
  • Coriander

    Mix the soy sauce manis, sunflower oil and garlic. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.

    Thread the chicken onto the skewers.

    Heat a grill or frying pan and fry the chicken satay for about 10 minutes all around until golden brown and cooked through.

    Place the chicken satay on a plate, spoon a generous spoonful of Oliehoorn satay sauce over or beside it.

    Serve with atjar, fried onions, lime wedges and crackers and a little cilantro.
