Sauce is not an afterthought for me, but the protagonist. Where others get a fry, I see a perfect opportunity to dip. I effortlessly recognize the difference between snack sauce and chip sauce, and my refrigerator resembles a well-stocked sauce collection rather than a pantry. From the creamy truffle mayonnaise to the curry, I know and appreciate them and recommend them to friends/family.

I have more sauce on hand than many a snack bar. From fries to falafel and croquette to cucumber, everything gets an upgrade with a blob of sauce. My refrigerator? More sauce than content. My motto?
