A thick classic hamburger with hamburger sauce

Ingredients (11)
- 1 large hamburger bun
- 150-180 g minced beef for a thick burger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- Few leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomato slices
- 2 pickle slices
- 2 thin rings of red onion
- 4 slices of crispy fried bacon
- 2 tablespoons of Oliehoorn hamburger sauce

Fry the bacon crispy in a dry skillet and set aside on paper towels.

Form a thick burger from the mince and season with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a pan and fry the burger for 4-5 minutes per side. Place the slice of cheese on top during the last minute to melt.

Cut the roll open and toast the halves briefly in a dry pan or oven.

Spread the bottom half with Oliehoorn hamburger sauce.

Top with lettuce, tomato, pickle and red onion rings.

Place the warm burger with melted cheese on top.

Spread the crispy bacon over the burger.

Spread the top of the bun also with Oliehoorn hamburger sauce and place it on top.
