The carpaccio sandwich with truffle mayonnaise

Truffle mayonnaise

  • 1 piece of fresh baguette (approx. 20-25 cm)
  • 2 tablespoons Oliehoorn truffle mayonnaise
  • 75 g carpaccio of thinly sliced beef
  • Handful of fresh arugula
  • Toasted pine nuts
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 1Cutopen the baguette lengthwise.
  • 2Breadthe bottom generously with the Oliehoorn truffle mayonnaise.
  • 3Distributethe arugula over the truffle mayonnaise.
  • 4Placethe carpaccio slices on top.
  • 5Addsome pine nuts for extra crunch.
  • 6Placesome fresh black pepper on top.
  • 7Foldthe baguette closed, cut diagonally and serve immediately.

Loaded Fries with Parmesan Cheese

Truffle mayonnaise

  • 500 g fresh French fries
  • 3 tablespoons Oliehoorn truffle mayonnaise
  • 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions(6)

  • 1Bakethe fries until golden brown and crispy according to package directions.
  • 2Scoopthe warm fries into a bowl or tray.
  • 3Distributethe Oliehoorn truffle mayonnaise on top.
  • 4Spreadgenerously with Parmesan cheese.
  • 5Adda pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  • 6Serveimmediately, while the fries are still hot!
