- 1 piece of fresh baguette (approx. 20-25 cm)
- 2 tablespoons of Oliehoorn mayonnaise
- A few leaves of cabbage lettuce or iceberg lettuce
- 2 slices of young cheese
- 2 slices of ham
- Pair of tomato slices
- Couple of slices of cucumber
- 1 boiled egg in slices
- Freshly ground black pepper

Cut open the piece of baguette lengthwise.

Spread the bottom generously with mayonnaise.

Top with the lettuce leaves.

Place the cheese slices on the lettuce.

Spread the ham slices over the cheese.

Place the tomato slices on top.

Spread the cucumber slices on top.

Place the slices of boiled egg on top.

Sprinkle with a little freshly ground black pepper.

Fold the baguette closed, cut in half diagonally if necessary and serve immediately.
