Gourmets with fish and garlic sauce
Coziness on the table, with a touch of the sea! Let the gourmet plate fizzle with a selection of fish: think salmon, whitefish or shrimp. Serve with a garlic sauce for seasoning.

Ingredients (10)
- 200 g cod fillet, sea bass fillet or haddock fillet cut into cubes
- Optional: 200 g large peeled shrimp
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
- Olive Oil
- Fresh herbs such as dill, parsley or basil
- Pepper and salt to taste
- 1 zucchini thinly sliced
- 1 red bell bell pepper cut into thin strips
- Cherry tomatoes
- Oliehoorn garlic sauce

Cut the cod, sea bass or haddock into cubes or thin slices. Pat these well dry with kitchen roll paper.

Mix the whitefish with a little olive oil, pepper, salt and fresh herbs such as dill or parsley. Place the fish on a platter.

Optionally, you can briefly marinate the shrimp in olive oil, garlic and lemon juice for extra flavor.

As desired, cut the vegetables into small pieces that can easily fit on the gourmet plate.

Time to grill! Everyone can grill their piece of whitefish (cod, sea bass or haddock) and shrimp to taste. Vegetables can be grilled alongside.
