Mini lamb skewers with fresh garlic-mint sauce

Ingredients (12)

Product

Garlic sauce

  • 250 g lamb, in small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon vadouvan
  • 8 skewers
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of Oliehoorn garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped mint
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Sliced cucumber in half slices
  • 4 sprigs of picked dill
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions(9)

  • 1Mixthe lamb cubes with the vadouvan.
  • 2Risethe lamb cubes on the skewers.
  • 3Breadthe skewers lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 4Bakeor grill the skewers 3-4 minutes per side on the gourmet set until the meat is nicely browned and medium-rare.
  • 5Mixthe garlic sauce with Greek yogurt.
  • 6Addthe chopped mint and a little lemon juice.
  • 7Addsalt and pepper to taste.
  • 8Mixthe cucumber slices with the olive oil and dill.
  • 9Servethe skewers with the cucumber and sauce in a small bowl or spoon right next to each skewer together.

Mini burgers with caramel onion and blue cheese

Hamburger Sauce

  • 250 g minced beef
  • 8 mini hamburger buns
  • 1 small onion, in thin rings
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 50 g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons of Oliehoorn Hamburger Sauce
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1Heatthe butter in a small pan.
  • 2Frythe onion rings until soft and golden brown, ±10 minutes over low heat.
  • 3Addthe salt to taste.
  • 4Mixthe minced meat with salt and pepper.
  • 5Form8 small burgers, slightly flatter than usual.
  • 6Bakethem ±3-4 minutes per side on the gourmet set until cooked through.
  • 7Cutopen the buns and place the burgers on top.
  • 8Distributethe caramelized onion over the burgers and crumble the blue cheese on top.
  • 9Topthe mini burgers with the Oliehoorn Hamburger Sauce.
