Hot dog with spicy curry sauce and white cabbage salad

- 200 g finely chopped white cabbage
- 1 small grated carrot
- 1 small apple in thin strips
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of Oliehoorn Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Black pepper
- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 sausages of your choice
- Oliehoorn extra spicy curry sauce

In a large bowl, mix the white cabbage, carrot and apple.

Dissolve the sugar and salt in the vinegar.

Add this along with the Oliehoorn mayonnaise to the cabbage mix and mix well.

Season to taste with black pepper.

Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (preferably longer for extra flavor).

Grill or fry the sausages until cooked and nicely browned.

Meanwhile, heat the hot dog buns briefly on the BBQ, oven or grill.

Spoon a generous amount of white cabbage salad on the bun and top with the hot sausage.
