Savory cheese muffins with Oliehoorn mayonnaise

Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the muffin tins in a muffin tin.

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, paprika and grated cheese.

In another bowl, beat the egg and add the milk, mayonnaise and melted butter. Mix this well.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir briefly until everything is just mixed. Do not stir too long, the batter may be a bit lumpy!

Divide the batter among the muffin tins and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and firm to the touch.

Let the muffins cool briefly and serve lukewarm or at room temperature.
