Grilled lamb chops with yogurt dill and curry sauce
This dish is the perfect balance of fresh, juicy and spicy. Grill on for the lamb chops to go with a fresh bowl salad and finish with the spicy Oliehoorn curry sauce. Guaranteed to be enjoyed!

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, cumin powder, paprika, thyme/rosemary, salt and pepper.

Rub the lamb chops all around well with the marinade.

Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1-2 hours in the refrigerator for extra flavor.

Heat the BBQ to medium-high heat about 180-200°C.

Place the lamb chops on the BBQ.

Grill them for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (depending on thickness). If you want them cooked through, keep 5-6 minutes per side.

Turn them frequently and brush them with remaining marinade if necessary.

Serve the grilled lamb chops immediately with the curry sauce added for dipping or spooning over the meat.

Add a fresh yogurt salad with mint and cucumber to lighten the dish, with some fresh French fries.
