Grilled pork chops with fries, salad and Brander Mayonnaise
The tastiest pork chops? You eat them with Oliehoorn Brander Mayonnaise, of course! With this classic pork chop recipe, you're 'fried' anyway. Or well... grilled!

Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.

Sprinkle the chops on both sides with salt and pepper.

Mix the olive oil with the chopped garlic and any fresh herbs of your choice. Brush the chops on both sides with the oil mixture.

Grill the chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked and have a nice grill pattern. The exact grilling time may vary depending on the thickness of the chops and the heat of the grill.

Remove the chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Fry the French fries in the deep fryer or Airfryer.

Make a simple salad with the mixed leafy vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper.
