Crispy Chicken Snack with Curry Sauce Sweet and Sour
Fancy a tasty snack on your drinks board to hand out? Crispy chicken snacks, just irresistibly delicious. Dip it in the sweet and sour curry sauce and voilá. A feast for your fingers and taste buds!

Ingredients (11)
- 300 g chicken breast in pieces
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 50 g flour
- 100 g panko or breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying (sunflower or peanut oil)
- Sliced spring onion
- Oliehoorn Curry Sauce Sweet and Sour

Mix the chicken pieces with garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Now prepare the breadcrumbs; fill plate 1 with flour, plate 2 the beaten egg and a plate 3 with the panko or breadcrumbs.

Get each chicken piece first through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the panko. Make sure they are completely covered.

Now heat enough oil in a deep pan to 170-180°C.

Deep-fry the chicken pieces in small portions for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain on paper towels.

Serve the crispy chicken snack warm, with the Oliehoorn Curry Sauce Sweet and Sour and some spring onion.
