Heat a grill pan or barbecue over medium-high heat.

Sprinkle the chicken breast burgers with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill the chicken breast burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and no longer have pink meat inside.

During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each chicken burger and let it melt.

While the chicken burgers grill, you can lightly toast the burger buns on the grill.

Spread a generous amount of zeedijk mayonnaise on the bottom of each toasted hamburger bun.

Place the grilled chicken burger with melted cheese on top of the zeedijk mayonnaise.

Add lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle slices if desired for extra flavor and texture.

Place the top of the burger bun on top and serve.
