Dutch schnitzel with Curry sauce
A true classic: a delicious Dutch schnitzel, made extra tasty with Oliehoorn's Curry sauce. Salty and crispy, with the distinctive sweetness of our Curry sauce. Are you going to make it?

Place meat slices between plastic wrap and gently pat them with a meat mallet or the back of a pan until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

Season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper.

Place three shallow bowls side by side. Put flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second bowl and breadcrumbs in the third bowl.

Pass each slice of meat through the flour first, making sure it is completely covered.

Then dip the meat into the beaten egg and let the excess egg drip off.

Cover the meat completely with breadcrumbs, making sure it is evenly coated on both sides.

Heat a pan with oil or butter and fry the schnitzels until golden brown and cooked.

Place the schnitzels on plates and squeeze a little Oliehoorn Curry Sauce over each schnitzel.
