Gourmet mini burgers with hamburger sauce

- 300 g minced beef
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley or other herbs of your choice
- Olive oil for frying
- Toppings corn salad, tomatoes, cucumber
- Oliehoorn hamburger sauce

In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with the chopped onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, paprika, parsley,
and salt and pepper. - 2
Knead the mixture well with your hands until everything is well blended.

Divide the meatloaf mixture into small portions and form into mini hamburgers, about the size of a golf ball, and lightly flatten them.

Make them small enough so they cook quickly on the gourmet plate.

Anyone can fry their mini hamburgers on the gourmet plate by themselves. Use some olive oil to lightly grease the plate.

Fry the burgers for about 2-3 minutes per side, depending on thickness.

Toast the mini hamburger buns briefly on the gourmet griddle if necessary.

Put the pickles, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, corn salad on the table for everyone to put together their own burger. Top the burger with the Oliehoorn burger sauce
