Gourmet sandwich shoarma garlic sauce
Shoarma with a fresh upgrade! Crispy fried shoarma on a fresh bun, richly topped with grilled bell bell pepper, tomato, cucumber and corn salad. Finish with a generous blob of garlic sauce.

Heat the gourmet set or grill pan.

Mix the bell pepper strips with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and some salt and pepper.

Grill the bell bell pepper for about 5-7 minutes until soft and lightly toasted. Set aside.

Then heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a gourmet pan and fry the shoarma meat for 3 minutes until tender and crispy.

Briefly toast the pita buns in a toaster or on the gourmet set until warm and slightly crispy.

Cut open the pita rolls and start with a handful of corn salad as a base.

Then add tomato and cucumber slices and a portion of shoarma meat, followed by the grilled bell bell pepper.

Finish with a generous dollop of garlic sauce and some thinly sliced red onion.
