Tomato ketchup

  • 250 grams of cooked shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, in segments
  • Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper for some spice
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

    In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup. Stir well until all ingredients are well mixed.

    Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper to your liking. If you like a little spice, you can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper.

    Pour the sauce into a separate dish or bowl.

    Serve the cooked shrimp on a plate or platter along with the bowl of mayonnaise-ketchup dip and lemon wedges.

    Garnish the shrimp with some parsley.
