Grilled Salmon with Zeedijk Curry Mayonnaise

Ingredients (8)
- 4 salmon fillets (about 150 g each)
- 120 ml Oliehoorn Zeedijk Curry Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 5 g dill, finely chopped
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- optional: lemon and orange slices and extra dill for garnish

Preheat the BBQ over medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, fresh orange and lemon juice, grated garlic and dill. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Brush both sides of each salmon fillet with the Zeedijk Mayonnaise . Place the salmon fillets on the grill and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon are cooked and golden brown.

Remove the grilled salmon from the barbecue and place on a serving platter. Serve the grilled salmon with lemon and orange slices and some extra sprigs of dill.
