Bratwurst Curry sandwich with endive salad, blue cheese and walnuts
Mmmm, that tastes like more. This variation on the classic bratwurst sandwich is a real treat. Fresh, slightly spicy and deliciously sweet thanks to our curry sauce.

Ingredients (10)
- 4 bratwursts
- Oliehoorn Curry sauce
- olive oil
- 2 stalks of chicory, cut into thin strips
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 50 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 50 g blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tbsp. crispy onions (or spring onion)

Mix the endive strips, apple slices, chopped walnuts and crumbled blue cheese in a large bowl.

Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Stir everything together well.

Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Lightly brush the bratwursts with olive oil.

Grill the bratwursts for 8-10 minutes, or until they are cooked and have nice grill marks.

Serve the grilled bratwursts on a bun with the endive salad underneath. And top with yummy Oliehoorn Curry Sauce. Garnish with crispy onions or spring onions.
