BBQ Bacon Onion Burger
The ultimate burger for the BBQ! With crispy bacon, sweet onions and our smoky Oliehoorn barbecue sauce. Indispensable for that real BBQ flavor!

Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper and form into 2 burgers.

Press a small dimple in the center of each burger (this prevents them from bulging when grilling).

Heat a pan or the BBQ and fry the bacon until crispy. Then drain it on kitchen paper.

Using a little of the bacon fat, fry the onion rings until soft and caramelized.

Grill the burgers on the BBQ or in a pan, 3-4 minutes per side.

Place the cheddar cheese on the burgers and let it melt.

Cut the buns open and roast them briefly on the BBQ or in a pan with a little butter.

Generously spread the bottom half of the sandwich with the Oliehoorn barbecue sauce.

Place the head lettuce on top and then the burger, followed by the tomato, grilled onions and bacon.

Cover with the top of the bun and top up!
