Homemade tuna salad
The tastiest tuna salad you can make yourself! Deliciously savory, slightly sour, fresh and creamy in taste. Extra tasty with our authentic Oliehoorn mayonnaise. Perfect for a lunch sandwich or as an appetizer with toast.

Mix the tuna, Oliehoorn Mayonnaise and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Mash the tuna a little with a fork so that it is well mixed with the mayonnaise and lemon juice.

Add the chopped celery, onion and fresh parsley, if desired, to the mixture. Stir everything together well.

Season the tuna salad with salt and pepper.

Taste the tuna salad and, if necessary, adjust the amount of mayonnaise, lemon juice or seasonings to your preference.

Cover the bowl and let the tuna salad rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Serve the tuna salad on bread or with crackers.
