Gourmet chicken pieces with barbecue sauce

- 300 g chicken breast cut into small cubes or strips
- 100 ml Oliehoorn barbecue sauce
- 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 8 mini wraps
- Oliehoorn barbecue sauce
- Cherry tomatoes halved
- Sliced cucumber
- Red onion cut into thin rings
- Save
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs such as parsley or cilantro

In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with the Oliehoorn barbecue sauce so that the chicken is nicely marinated.

Let the chicken marinate for about 15-30 minutes.

Heat the gourmet pans and lightly grease them with a little olive oil.

Cook chicken in about 4-5 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces.

Add some extra Oliehoorn barbecue sauce during frying if necessary for extra flavor and shine.

Heat the mini wraps on the plate while the chicken bakes.
