The Chicken Skewers

- 1Mixolive oil with the paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- 2Addthe diced chicken and mix well. Let it marinate for 30 min.
- 3Heatthe BBQ to medium-high heat.
- 4Risethe chicken cubes on the skewers and place on the BBQ.
- 5Grillthe chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes. Turn frequently until cooked and golden brown.
- 6Servethe chicken skewers topped with the fresh Oliehoorn Curry Sauce Sweet and Sour.
- 7Eatit with a baguette, fresh salad or couscous.
The Vegetable Skewers
Ingredients (10)
- 1 red bell bell pepper in pieces
- 1/2 pineapple in pieces
- 1 zucchini in thick slices
- 150 g halved mushrooms
- 1 red onion in wedges
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 - 6 pieces of skewers soaked in water
- large dot of Oliehoorn Curry Sauce Sweet and Sour

- 1Mixbell bell pepper, pineapple, zucchini, mushrooms and onion with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 2Risethe vegetables on the skewers.
- 3Heatthe BBQ to medium-high heat.
- 4Placethe vegetable skewers on the BBQ.
- 5Grillthe vegetable skewers for 8-10 minutes until nicely roasted and al dente.
- 6Servethe vegetable skewers topped with the fresh Oliehoorn Curry Sauce Sweet and Sour.
- 7Eatit with a baguette, fresh salad or couscous.
