The Chicken Skewers

Curry Sauce Sweet and Sour

  • 400 g diced chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 - 12 pieces of skewers soaked in water

Instructions(7)

  • 1Mixolive oil with the paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • 2Addthe diced chicken and mix well. Let it marinate for 30 min.
  • 3Heatthe BBQ to medium-high heat.
  • 4Risethe chicken cubes on the skewers and place on the BBQ.
  • 5Grillthe chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes. Turn frequently until cooked and golden brown.
  • 6Servethe chicken skewers topped with the fresh Oliehoorn Curry Sauce Sweet and Sour.
  • 7Eatit with a baguette, fresh salad or couscous.

The Vegetable Skewers

Curry Sauce Sweet and Sour

  • 1 red bell bell pepper in pieces
  • 1/2 pineapple in pieces
  • 1 zucchini in thick slices
  • 150 g halved mushrooms
  • 1 red onion in wedges
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 - 6 pieces of skewers soaked in water
  • large dot of Oliehoorn Curry Sauce Sweet and Sour

  • 1Mixbell bell pepper, pineapple, zucchini, mushrooms and onion with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • 2Risethe vegetables on the skewers.
  • 3Heatthe BBQ to medium-high heat.
  • 4Placethe vegetable skewers on the BBQ.
  • 5Grillthe vegetable skewers for 8-10 minutes until nicely roasted and al dente.
  • 6Servethe vegetable skewers topped with the fresh Oliehoorn Curry Sauce Sweet and Sour.
  • 7Eatit with a baguette, fresh salad or couscous.
