Dürüm chicken shawarma with garlic sauce

- 500 grams of chicken breast
- 1 ½ tablespoons shoarma seasoning
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 grams of iceberg lettuce
- 150 grams of carrot julienne
- 4 (dürüm) tortillas
- 6 tablespoons Oliehoorn mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 2 cloves of garlic
- some fresh chives or parsley

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and cut the onion into half-moons. Also cut the bell bell pepper into thin strips. Slice the tomatoes.

Heat some oil in skillet and add the chicken, shoarma seasoning and a clove of chopped garlic. Fry the chicken for 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Halfway through, add the onion and bell bell pepper and fry for a few more minutes.

Meanwhile, make the garlic sauce. Stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise and honey. Squeeze two cloves of garlic and stir in. Finally, add a little chopped chives or parsley.

Place a tortilla on a large plate and spread with a thin layer of garlic sauce. Then spread some lettuce and carrot julienne over the tortilla. Spoon some of the chicken mixture on top and a few tomato slices. Roll up tightly and then cut in half. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas until all ingredients are used up.

Serve with some more of the homemade garlic sauce.
